We remain committed to the highest quality of your safe and enjoyable workouts.

Our community is our family—and like all families, we take care of each other. So when we sat down to put new safety measures in place, we went beyond the guidelines.

We’ve always been dedicated to the cleanliness of our studio and the health and safety of our community. Now we’re taking it to an even higher level.  💜

THE PEDAL COMMITMENT TO SAFETY & FITNESS STANDARDS

The safety of our community has always been our top priority, and we’re even more focused on it now. To set the tone for our industry, we’ve increased our studio operating procedures—all designed to keep our riders, staff, and instructors safe. Here are all the changes you can expect:

  • Disinfecting all high-touch surfaces using top-grade solution & more frequent cleaning.

  • Disinfecting doorknobs, handles, rails, light switches, sanitizing stations, lockers, bathrooms, sinks, toilets, benches, locker keys, the front desk, keyboards, computers, phones, and instructor equipment.

  • All bikes, weights, and rental shoes disinfected after every class

CANCEL BIKES BY THE DEADLINE

To allow as many riders as possible to get a bike, we’ll be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy—please remember to cancel a minimum of 2-hours prior to your scheduled class or your account will be charged a $15 late fee. Late entries into the studio after class start time is prohibited.

THE PURPLE PEDAL PROCESS

HANDS-FREE CHECK IN

Let staff at the front desk know when you arrive, and they’ll check in for you. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins as usual. At this time, we won't allow entry beyond the start of class.

SOCIAL DISTANCING PRACTICES

Our staff will work to get riders in and out of studios, while maintaining social distancing practices. We ask that you avoid waiting for class in high-traffic areas, and consider waiting outside or in your car if you’re comfortable and weather permits.

LOCK UP PERSONAL ITEMS

We highly suggest bringing only the necessities into class. We have lockers available in both restrooms for belongings. Please bring your own locks as they are not provided.

SANITIZATION

We will continue to provide hand sanitizing stations and wipes throughout the studio. We kindly ask that you sanitize your hands upon entry to the studio as well as after bathroom use. All members will be required to wipe down their equipment after class.

MASKS

The use of masks is not recommended during an intensive cardio workout.  Wearing a mask during class is not encouraged but you are welcome to wear one at your own risk.

We’re on this journey together! We want you to walk through our doors and feel safe, comfortable and have your mind free to have an epic Purple Pedal experience.

We encourage each and every rider to take all necessary precautions both before and during your visit to allow you to have the best ride possible during these trying times.
